    LP-1 Hardware on an Epiphone

    Hey guys,

Just bought a secondhand epiphone LP, looking to give it a bit of a facelift. Has anyone used the LP-1 Hardware kit from PBG on their LP's?
Think ill probably end up buying it anyway, but thought id check here first

    Cheers,

Lots of guys have stuck with fully stock for their kits, and seem to be pleased with the results.

Unhappy with stock Epi parts? I have no idea how much difference there is between PBG parts and Epi...

I'd give PBG gear a go. I've bought lots of stuff off fleaBay. and all except the Kent Armstrongs and Seymour Duncans I have bought have pretty much been the same as my epi setup or worse.

I've bought a few fully loaded Strat pickguards and the best one has been PBG's in the Kit.
I built two PBG kits. both Ash, one I did in Buttercup with a loaded pickguard, the other in Red Shellac. I kept the red one as it sounded the best and it's a real cracker LOL
