Thread: Jasons 60s Jazz bass build 10/25

  1. #1
    Hi guys,
I am back at it again. For my second build,I am building a 60's style Jazz Bass with vintage ashtray chrome bridge F cover and a chrome pickup cover.
It will be nitrocellulose lacquer black with a tortoise shell pickguard.

    Two coats of black...

I misted the neck with Starcast Amber and sanded little spots to make it look worn

I sparyed two more coats today making it four coats so far. I think I will need two more and then be ready for lacquer.
    What do you guys think?
