Picked up a beautiful swamp Ash body for this, but it's going to be painted. I'll do time in the naughty room for sure, but Hey! that's were all my mates hang out.
I have acquired some vintage Kluson Tuners for this project. The fretboard and neck are maple. It's a string through, but I have obtained a Joe Barden Bridge which has a neat cutaway section to help out.
Debating putting a pickguard on this guitar, but if I do, I'll stick to the white. @ pots and a 4, yes that's FOUR way switch will control the David Allen Cheetah pickups at the bridge and neck. I hope the department of fisheries, fawn and flora are happy that I wasn't importing animal products when they opened my parcel to check....

Stan, you are right. There are only two coats of paint on this body because the paint was so thick. Had to cut it back quite a bit because the paint 'bubbled under the infra red lamps (and the lamps were no closer than when used on any of the other bodies). But the i-phone camera also doesn't do this any justice.

I'm working out with my legal team to see if a guitar can get a restraining order…...
