Great figure on that! What are you planning finish-wise?
Honestly, I don't know now. In was going to pop the grain, then red candy and clear. For the Tele I was going to do a Japanese thing called yakisugi but it has next to no grain so I don't know now!
Don't really want to do another candy Tele. Wanted this to be a bit more modern looking and sound vintage while the Tele would have stacked buckers, reshaped neck and body contours and a tru oil finish. Now, I don't know.
won't matter what colour you stain this Andrew it will look good !!

On this one no but the Tele there is a fair bit. If you get a sec, can you take a look at the Tele thread and let me know if you think the grain will pop at all. Seems like it's pretty plain but I don't have anywhere near your experience with these things.
