Thread: sta bridge

  1. #1
Hey guys, I got my sta and tla this morning, ripped off the top and the sta looks amazeballs while the tks has a few dings and spots of filler. No biggie.

Got a question with the sta though. I've never built one of these but with the pick guard in place it looks as if the route for the bridge is off centre. Please tell me it isn't. The body looks amazing. Had in my head a trans finish for the Tele but the grain is very faint and there are a stack of filler and glue spots so was going to swap the finishes. Thanks heaps.

That looks right. the bridge has to have room for the strings and the trem arm.

Was this one of the $20 kits? If so, score.
