Waiting for my other build to cure thought we would get a start on the kit we won in the Facebook give away.
Digging the wood grain in the body. Thinking of dark trans red on the top and a black boxy and neck. Might change it to gold hardware too and thinking of no pickguard at the mo. But these things change and evolve.
Damn that's a nice grain, first thing that comes to mind is tiger stripes!

I personally would definitely go a trans-yellow or even trans-purple.

On a serious note so torn right now. I have some cherry flamenco wudtone coming but after thinking about it really thinking of going golden rod or even emerald isles.
Definitely gonna grain fill this one first too. So deserves a smooth finish.
