    Really guy's is Adams service to his customers second to none or what.
    I had some issues with a kit and with in a blink of an eye DB is picking the kit up from my house and Adam is posting another kit to me.
    If anyone thinks there going to get this kind of service from anywhere else your kidding yourselves.
    I have more trouble when KFC leaves something out my order.
    So again Adam I thank you for the service you continually give to us.

    Totally endorse that comment. My experience, from the other side of the continent, was the same (though not with a personal DB visit ...)

    Pit Bull service is the best. Never had a reply from them come a day late.

    Gee, sorry Glenn.... I only get over East a few times a year... Will send you out a problematic kit a week before my next trip East just so I can deliver the same high level of customer service

    There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

    yer come on DB lift your game mate but sounds like a great workaround, just leave the neck out of the kit you send Glenn haha
