Thread: Springsteen Tribute

  1. #1
    Hey guys

Just wanted to plug a band I work with...

They're the Australian Springsteen Tribute. I don't play with them full time, I'm the 2nd chair drummer, but I've done a few gigs with them already this year and a few more to come.

They're a great band, and they've put a lot of work into ensuring that they are (in my opinion) the best Boss tribute in Australia.

Most of the gigs are on the East coast with most of them around Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and as far North as Bundaberg and Hervey Bay (furthest South so far is Port Macquarie).

We've impressed quite a few venues so far... hopefully as we continue to put forth a high-standard show, we will make it further South, and possibly to the West Coast!

Here's the gig itinerary so far...

If you're in the area, come to the show! Even if you're not a Boss fan, you'll have a good time.

Sounds cool, Tim. Pity you're not heading as far up as Mackay. I'd definitely rock along.

It might happen, Lawry, You never know. I know they're definitely pushing for gigs further afield.

PS that live footage from the clip is one that I played in Bundaberg. 'Twas a good night.

I got some footage from the recent gig at the Gold Coast, with Yours Truly on drums.

Thanks for the kids words, guys.

Hehe it was my camera... I recorded the show so I could watch it back and identify areas for improvement.
