Urgent(ish) set neck glue-type question?

Gday guys,

I need to glue in a set neck on one of my guitars and have run out of my pitbull glue. I'd like to pick some up today, preferably from one of the 'big green buildings' or the like but I'm unsure of which glue to go for.

I know DB has said that Titebond is the only way to go but I can't seem to find the stuff anywhere. They have Weldbond? But not sure if that is the same sort of stuff.

Any tips/brand names would be greatly appreciated as I'd like to glue it in tonight.

titebond sold in most hobbie shops.

Weldbond, AFAIC is for plastics

I doubt you would find either in the Major Hardware Barns.

I did fins a glue called Hilman Profesional woodworking glue in teh Big green shed. It's near as good as titebond, but I thinkit cost me about $6 of 1oz bottle compared to about $12 of a8 oz bottle of titebond

No. do not use THAT stores glue......Titebond or Gorilla (Aliphatic glue) is the ONLY way to go.
Titebond is available at Masters and Carbatec.
