High Gloss Woodtone question

Hello, Can anyone tell me whats the scoop with cleaning the binding of the top of a LP1 after I've applied the final high gloss coats, do I clean it up with steel wool but would it scratch the finish?...... cheers - Bat

Ideally you want to have the binding cleaned up before applying the clear coats.
