    hi guys,

I notice Stewmac are now stocking this 'De-Glue Goo' stuff:

Do you think this might work to remove glue-spots, or rather do you think it would weaken any joints involved? In many cases glue spots don't seem to be on joints as such just the edge of binding.

    Any thoughts?

    cheers
    Gav.

I doubt it would work. Firstly, not convinced the stuff on our kits is water based. Titebomd and hide glue will release when heated ....tis chinese stuff holds on despite supreme efforts to get it to release!!! It would be great if it worked but somehow i am not convinced.
