Here's one I think is cool and pretty simple. The Telemaster is a jazzmaster shape routed for Telecaster hardware. I'm pretty sure these have never been officially produced by fender, but they're a really great mash up.

'As long as there's, you know, sex and drugs, I can do without the rock and roll.'
Now you're talking PabloPepper. This is something I can get right behind. In Ash, Alder or Mahogany?
It would have to come with a blank headstock and I'm not sure they could offer that scratch plate, but we can ask. If not, we might order some from elsewhere.
So, who would be up for one of these?
Cheers,
Adam

Like the look, may overtake a TLA-1 for me - especially if it was in one of those woods... Depends also on what other guitars were coming through - I need to pace myself (marital harmony and all that ).

Fender have produced Jazzcasters as small run instruments. In fact that have released a Jazzcaster Cabronita limited edition this year.
Would love a Jazzcaster, but I can't commit to ever ordering one.

I'm new to the forum, been lurking for a long time, but felt the need to post on this. I would definitely be down for one of these Telemaster/Jazzcasters. An awesome mash-up in my opinion, I'd probably even be in for 2 of these if they were offered. Ash body for sure!
