    Hi,

I'm a CNC nut looking for some new things to make on my mill, and I thought fancy engraved guitar parts would be a nice thing to try. I have *far* too many guitars already, but most of them have some kind of emotional attachment for me - a kit guitar seemed to be the cheapest and (hopefully) fun option.

How did I end up with a Pitbull?

I had been window shopping guitar kits on Ebay for months, then I found a very cheap auction for some rather messed-about half built tele kits. Some googling identified one as the TL-1TB - I like it, and now I'm looking at buying two more kits, a HB-4S and probably one of the other hollow-body basses. I'd buy another tele right now if they came with a spalted top.

I'll be running a build thread for the TL-1TB rescue. Someone tried to do a neon green burst with car enamel spraycans (photo attached). I can't wait to sand all that off and see the wood. It came without any of the hardware, but I don't mind - I'm not a fan of the Bigsby.

Hi Fnord, welcome to our little corner of the net. I had a feeling I'd seen this before...http://www.pitbullguitars.com/?page_...wtopic&t=195.0
Obviously, he's given up. Can't wait to see what you can do with it.
