Is there scope to make an unread topics section instead of or as well as the new topics since last visit menu selection?
I ask this as i sometimes miss reading some of the new comments or topics as i am sure others may do too.

Agreed Housecat, would save scrolling though all the topics if the unread or new posts were highlighted.
Like you I often find posts days after they were posted

Yes, good idea, that would be handy. I'm not sure this Forum software will allow it, I haven't seen that option in the settings, but I will look into it. In the meantime, what you can do (I think) is click on "RSS feed" and that should send you emails of every posting, you can then click on the ones of interest. Maybe give that a try while we look at better options.
Edit: scratch that, the RSS Feed doesn't do anything.
