    Hey guys, I want to get a nice sunburst for a friend who is building a violin, but what inner colour can I use to match the usual violin colour?

    Pest. post a photo of a violin with the colour you are trying to achieve.
    Have a look on google images
    presume you are looking at an amber or mahogany colour. What outer colour are you planning ?

    BMW as the outer, maybe i can try a combo like:

    I'd be tempted to choose Hot Auburn for the inner colour...
