If you haven't already, you should check out Warmoth
For Teles and Strats they have a preview thing built in to their building page
Expensive but people say their products are top notch, considering getting a chambered Strat from them some time

Foster, ridiculously expensive is probably more accurate. There are so many places including e-bay where a much less expensive product can be obtained. Not questioning their quality thou.
