Just had a look, their prices are rather more expensive!

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

EEEK!!! if those prices were in dollars but they are in euro's....don't see this as a viable alternative at all? Maybe if Stewmac don't supply certain products, but otherwise I do agree with DB - They're not competitive.

    Yes, the Price very expensive.
    Particular the Guitar Kits.
Shipping would be the less expensive, i would only buy Pit Pull Guitars.
    Awesome the Kits
but this price is not available in europe
The price for Tools are by Rockinger ok.

    Another alternative - www.elderly.com.

I was visiting a bloke the other night who turned out to be a fanatical collector of stringed acoustic instruments - banjos, mandolins, sitars, you name it, he had one, plus a few reno projects on the go. Anyhoo - his opinion was go to StewMac for tools, but for parts go to Elderly.

To be honest, I haven't compared prices yet, but he reckons the range of parts is superior. If you're shopping around it could be worth a look.
