    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !
    JBA-4 - assembled - final tweaks
    Telemonster double scale tele - finish tobacco burst on body and sand neck

    Completed builds
    scratch oak.rose gum Jazzmaster - assembled needs setup
    MK-2 Mosrite - assembled - play in
    Ash tele with Baritone neck - neck pup wiring tweaks and play in

    Dont forget to colour the jack recess!

    There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

    Probably need to put some colour into the bridge recess as well Gav. I remember on the SV-1 you can see quite a bit of wood behind and under the floating bridge.

    No jack plate on this.. . Thought I'd try fitting a Fender Boat Jack but wont fit. Never was an engineering type!!

    Thanks for the head-up on the bridge and jack painting....thank goodness for the forum!!!

    Here's an Ibanez, which is similar to the one our IB kit is modelled on, and you can see there's no jack plate and also that the bridge cavity has been painted.
