    Hi all,

This is my SG-1. I have done something special to her. 8-)

Can you spot the difference with the controls and can you tell me what I have done?

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

I can see a mini toggle in there instead of one of the tone pots. Coil splitter? Does that mean you've made a master tone control?

I may be off track here but I'm pretty sure the evil genius has slotted a Push Pull pot between the two switches.....and the switch may have something to do with coil splitting / coil tapping or shifting in and out of phase?

Close, very close. The switch is for a coil tap, but still the question is what did I replace the pot with?

Pickup on/off switch? I know when I'm playing HH guitars its usually 100% bridge pickup or both run 100%, so an on/off switch for the neck pickup would make sense for me.... but this isn't my guitar!

Or it could be an active tone circuit?

Ok, time to put people out f their misery.......

The evil mind that is DB has used a Coil tap and sneakily replaced one of the volume pots with a blend pot!
