Wiring a 5-way mod in a telecaster

Hey all,

It's time for my new project: a midnight sparkling tele.
For the PU wiring I was thinking of this mod:


Just a few questions:
1. I'm gonna use noiseless pickups, so 5 wire PU's, do I just solder the start wires together and the end wire too?
2. I'm using a 5-way import switch, how would the connection to the switch be then?

3. For a treble bleed, I just add a 100k cap to the .022 cap?
