First "Real" attempt at building a Guitar

    Hi All

I got bored recently and after a bad practice where my fingers would not move on the fretboard where my brain told them to go, I decided I would build a guitar that I would train to do as it was told.

My daughter said that she always wanted a guitar and that I already had plenty and anyway, the reason I could not play properly was because I was old. So I agreed to build the guitar for her.

The kit turned up and I was really quite pleased. The quality was good, everything looked complete so I was ready to go.

The real decision was how would I finish it.

One of my hobbies is airbrushing and I have quite a collection of airbrushes, paints and equipment - including a decent compressor and full size HVLP guns.

Daughter and I settled on flames which also gave birth to the artwork on the back and then the name.

    Enjoy!
    Ricky
