    got some goof off today, seems to have taken a lot of the glue off but I'll still do a very thin (PRS style) burst around the edge , hope to get back to it tomorrow

    head stock with 1 coat of TO . The decal was done with the grease proof paper and iron method.

    the first time I did Stan. Then I found it worked better if you tape the greaseproof to an a4 paper, on my printer (lazer) it didn't like feeding the greaseproof by itself. Also, the smoother the timber is , of course the better the adhesion.

    Looking good Deddy.

    I successfully did TO on the Fret Board of my J Bass, just put down less coats than for a whole body. Probably 6 - 8 from memory and here are a couple of shots of the end result. Looks and feels just like a Maple Fender would and really happy with the outcome.
