Tough month for judging and well done to all entrants and particularly Davey with his Lemmy Tribute Ric.

Holy shit! Didn't expect that! Thank you all, especially the judges... Lemm is a huge part of the "why" and "how" I do everything that I do musically. He was as natural and as real as it gets. I tried to make and keep this tribute the same. My son, Ronan, turned 1 this past January. He has no idea how close he was to being named "Lemmy Spartacus Henry"!! Congrats to all the other entrants!! There were some really nice guitars in there!! Thank you!!

A very worthy winner, love the style of the bass and the detail in the carving is just brilliant, if only I was as skilled with my machining ability. Got good and bad news, bad news is I may have peeked to early and can only go down from here but the good news is I am about to be put out of work and enter retirement and wife has given me permission to buy the other 8 guitars I want to build so will have plenty of time to pursue what now is a great hobby and a big part of my life and the people here are so helpful and friendly and so knowledgeable makes putting guitars together a lot easier. Catch you all in the future. Well done and a deserving winner.
Congrats to all the entrants. Agree with the judges 100% on this one. Another amazing month for builds!
cheers,
Gav.

Thanks guys... you know, the last guitar I built, was back in 2000 or so. I bought this kit thinking Id save some money on a new bass. What I got, was so much more.. I now have a new bass, an awesome forum from which to learn, 2 new projects, a bunch of new words to use, and a very cool bunch of blokes with the same disease I have!
Thanks for all of that, PBG!
Oh.... and a new signature!!
