Progressed a bit today.
I shielded the pickguard, loaded it up and glued the LEDs in place.
I had to add plastic spacers on the single coil as the blank pickup cover was pushing the magnet poles.
Should look cool and match the Star Wars theme.

Also did some painting, highlighting the Star Wars logo with a sharpy
I was finding the blue lines too thin, so I tried the burnt blue from the weathering kit... not sure I like it but it does give it some more 'presence'... I'll try to add some black and / or rust

I'm concerned the paint's not going to hold on the plastic without clear coats.
Could I actually clear coat the plastic???
