At the Melbourne show,I had enough trouble getting the missus to carry the bits of veneer, and when she seen me drooling at the black heart.. she went almost ballistic....... if you get my drift.. (she has a secret defined limit to weight n size that she is prepared to take on! )

haha AJ, maybe you needed the missus to push a trolley or pull a pallet jack ! Hope you didn't ask her to start sanding when you got home ?

That's going to look amazing Warren. And all you had to do was cut away the bits that didn't look like a guitar.

haha cheers Rob. Yes I am very lucky to have the services of Jarrod's CNC and DB's neck making expertise. I just got to sand out the white blob on the top where I've filled some small cracks. Liking how deep the DT clear coat is

I managed to cut a control cover out of the sassafras, Jarrod had a perfect size and width piece for it. Needs a bit more final shaping but its close. Got a second clear coat on and loving the Dingotone clear coats

Damn that's looking nice Wokks, a true object of beauty. If I could build something half as awesome as that I'd be pretty stoked.
