    Cheers i appreciate the offer i do have a Seymour Duncan JB kicking around somewhere though that i may use its just in a safe place.

    Well it certainly was a worthy winner and beautifully finished. Its nice to get a better idea of what the stain could look like on my build.

    In my limited Luthiery experience, losing the plot only occurs somewhere between 240 and 1500 grit, or after the fourth attempt to get Black Stump to work properly on an EXA-1.
