15 days left this month. At least 10 more coats of oil to do. Then the build. Think I'll be looking at July before I finish.

FIrst proper build, so I'm looking at it as a learning curve, it's mostly 2-steps-forward-1-step-back, but sometimes it's more of a break-even thing! Skipping the self-deprication for a moment, the thing that has really shot my build is the fretboard; that's just never going to be right.

I think extra points should be awarded for overcoming these problems.

Overall it's coming along ok, but I do worry about whether the damage to the fret board will affect the playability when it's done. I shall find out in due course...
