Brodie, you could not have picked a better axe for such an out there paint scheme - this will look wild, in a good way

Those colours and that design are a perfect match for the shape. Looks awesome. I don't think I've seen a build of this guitar before so I'm keen to watch it grow.

I completely agree with Lawry - so be warned, you are being scrutinised . . .

    Update:

After spending an hour and a half (or more) in front of a computer screen I have put together a rough design for The Wasp. I know it's fairly wild and in your face, but that's what I'm going for with this baby. I already have the understated guitars.

I'll be trying a whole plethora of different things to make this happen, so could be an interesting journey.

But yeah, more on that later. What do you all reckon?
First thing that came to mind when I saw your design...."Stryper"...gay as shit band, but on a serious note....do it bro!!!
It's gonna look sweeeeet if you pull it off.

You could always talk to Andyport about a decal. Then simply clearcoat over the top. Especially since you have already done all the computer design work.

    That band!
Surely they're looking back now and saying 'what the hell was I thinking'. It'd make a great 'don't take drugs or you may end up like this' poster.

@MaxAxe: Uh-oh, now there's pressure to perform. Jeez, making my life hard mate. :P

@Bargeloobs: Lucky my stripes are curved, and not straight - can't have people thinking I'm supporting Stryper, if they are as bad as you say (I'm too young to have ever even heard of them).

@Gav x 2: Thanks for the suggestion RE decal. Do you have some deets for me to get in contact with Andy to rustle up a decal?

Stryper were as bad as it can get... Wussie big hair pseudo christian metal band that sounded even worse than they look..... Sad thing is the band still exists...
PS. No offence towards those Christian folk amongst us... Most of you who have had the misfortune to be old enough to actually remember this band will no doubt agree with me as to how abysmal their "music" is..

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....
