Green shed don't sell it. They have the Feast & Watson version which I tried with good results on my red plywood strat. But it's oil based so gives a slight yellow tint. I was keen to try the Minwax water based one.
Masters is just to far from me...

Minwax Wipe-On Poly has both Oil and Water based versions. The place I used to get it from no longer carry it, but try: Where to buy...

NEXT STEP..
The veneer had a few ripples in it so my bro in law said to use a damp cloth over the top and use a steam iron to flatten them out, he said i can do that because i used a water based glue.
It worked a treat. because i didnt have many clamps i screwed some timbers to the roof of the shed, cut timbers and after putting a piece of melamine over the top, used the timber as braces.
Attachment 14665
After all was dry i checked the surface, some small cracks had appeared and the middle join was slightly opened. I used superglue and some walnut dust to fill the middle join.

With this guitar i want it to retain all the grain features, cracks, dents and undulations but at the same time look flat and smooth. To do this i looked round for a clear grain filler and found one from America but i got it from an Australian supplier.

Its crystal clear, non toxic, water based and can be sanded in a few hours after application. You can then put any product over the top. Water based clears, Thinners based, nitro, 1k or 2K, poly or turps based.
