Yep, I just stuck it up to get a sound really, and the excess sides does exaggerate the room effect. I might give it another run and just drop the sides by a few db and see what that does. I've not actually tried recording the guitar like that before so it's another lesson learned.

Couldn't make the planned progress on the new guitar this weekend so made up a nameplate for the studio instead.

It will need a few more coats to be waterproof but I'm happy with how it's turned out.
