Bunge, I don't understand. did you solder the the string through ferrules in?

Hey Andy. I read somewhere that when installing the ferrules, rather than hit them in, you heat them up by placing the tip of a soldering iron into the ferrule and push down, this melts the clear coat and basically glues the ferrule into the body. It worked a treat :-)

Good idea. Hadn't thought of that. might try it when I finish the finish......which is some time away...

Yes warm them up and they slip straight in, no banging
