I've seen some cool looking guitars made from an oilcan.
I'm building one right now. I'll post some pics when it's ready. My first one and I'm hooked already...![]()
If anyone has a spare actual cigar box I have a somewhat crazy idea for graphics on one, so even if the labe is cactus its use able to me. Happy to pay plus the postage costs.

Cigar boxes are extremely hard to find in Finland and you have to buy them online unless you have connections. These boxes in usable shape and form cost from 20 to 50 euros and for that reason I made my own. At least Crimson Guitars sells these kits from UK - just started so don't know how good the sales are. I think there are a lot of people who are in to these in EU.
I've got a custom CBG, which was made for me by Mark at http://www.buzzboxmusic.com.au.
As far as I know, its the only one of its kind in the world.
Also pictured is a custom case I made.
