Absolute begginer. After some intense weeks sanding (and resanding after a splinter lifted out when I thought I was done) - I just applied stain.
It is pretty cool. The intensity of the colour is changing slowly as each day passes - and the edges are starting to look better i.e seem slightly lighter. I think I will start a proper build diary as I have also shaped the headstock and finished sanding the neck, will probably have some questions shortly.
