finally got 1st stain coat on this build, bushfire sunset on the rose gum/tazzy oak and golden rod on the silky oak centre.
Pretty happy with the colour combo. Working on the neck now dot markers on the side of the fingerboard. got to mark every fret as it will be a fretless neck/slide axe

Still not sure about pup surrounds colour cream or black, thinking cream and the fingerboard has the blonde edge.

got a quick mock build to see how the cream pup surrounds went, what do you think
I was mucking around with colours on the back tazzy oak and will probably do it all red or even brown maybe
I put in a nice order to Realtone yesterday and the order was dispatched couple of hours off they are so efficient !
Got a nice hardtail bridge, ferrules and some other electronics and bling

I reckon the cream pup surrounds are the go Woks. Mockup looks good!
