    Finished but for the set up tweaks. I'm pretty pleased with it for a first attempt!

    looks great Henry, so you just applied wudtone clear coats over the whole axe ?

    scratch end grain pine tele - first clear coat on !

    Thanks all, yeah I decided to go all natural and keep the grain showing, first one needs to be kept simple I always think. RC1 on order, that will be a more colourful affair. ..

    Now that you've had it finished for a couple months and hopefully had time to play it a bit, are you happy with the sound/playability? Any things you would have done differently on the build? Any chance of an audio clip? I'm really curious to hear one in action before I pull the trigger on buying the kit.
