well good news Budi but have you been away from home and missed the delivery ? They usually leave a card to say if they failed to deliver and a pickup time at the local Post Office
If you live on a elevated property good chance they are too lazy to drive uphill.
DB has that problem living in an elevated area

That problem is usually only encountered when waiting for DHL deliveries.... Three days from the USA to Perth, then four days from Perth airport to my place which is less than 30ks from said airport..

    Anyhoo, enjoy the build, Budi

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

    Wokka,

Only a slight elevation and dont think thats the problem, I reckon our postman/delivery guy is either little dislexic or lazy.
Next door handed over the card, she said it was in their mailbox yesterday arvo

    Hi Wokka,

It happened quite often sometimes we got mail/parcel card addressed to people on the street adjacent to us. But all good we got good sort around our neighbourhood. Plus none of them took up this hobby just yet.

Hi All, finally got both kits, looks like all parts are there. Did a mock up build for the Thinline and it looks really good.
Quick check with all you experts, in regards to Thinline bridge placement.
I've been looking at completed PBG TL-TH kits in this forum, all the bridges I've seen thus far are mounted hard against the pickguard.
If I am going to do the same on my Thinline, will I have problem with my scaling/intonation due to the fact that distance edge of nut to 12th fret is 323mm and 12th fret to saddle is 317mm?
Thanks in advance for all your help.

    Budi.

PS will post pics very soon

Hi Budi, just checked my thinline and the bridge is hard up against the pickguard and 12th fret to the Low E String saddle is about 327mm and about 324mm to the high E string.
You should have enough adjustment in the saddle travel to move the saddle further back.
Let us know how you go
Look forward to mock build pics !
