Hi calais5litre308, we have sorted the issue, it was a problem with the temp directory, apparently.
Your file was quite large though, it was 6meg. I reduced it and here it is:
I can see why it would be hard to photograph, because the surface is so reflective. You can see your background is perfectly in focus, but the body of the guitar not so much.
Still looks amazing though.
