While I have been waiting for the body finish to completely cure I have been working on the headstock. Nothing fancy in the shaping, just a simple angled / cut out of the top. My next power tool acquisition will be a jigsaw so my next headstock shape may be a little more adventurous.
I have sprayed it a semi gloss black enamel, put my logo on and are completing with a few coats of spray clear.
The word "Sonoro" according to the dictionary of Italian musical terms means "Resonant with a deep tone". I thought that was an appropriate description of a guitar so I decided to use it as my headstock logo.
Looking thought the kit my scratchplate is a bit scratched up, ironic I know but does anyone know where I could buy a new one in Australia?
