    Yeah 32bit programs are mainly made for 32bit OS (seems kinds obvious?), but most *should* work with 64bit.

    Technically, most recent CPUs that are capable of running 64Bit OSes, like for example the Intel Dual Cores, i5 and i7 family of CPUs are also capable of running 32Bit software as well because of a 32 to 64Bit bridge built into the CPUs.
