A good little trick I stumbled across when I did mine. Using your bridge plate as guide drill your two outermost holes first all the way through then drill your inside holes through to about halfway. Then flip it over, and using the two outermost holes (that were drilled right through) line up your bridge plate then finish off the inside holes from the back.
