    Hare and Forbes supplied the one (spindle sander) that I use. I think DB got his one there too. They are fantastic for the horns of the guitar (sanding them) amongst many other things.

    My bobbin sander is an ocillating type, made by Schepparch.. Is German, is good

    With this setup I can rough out a nut in about 35 seconds, a few swipes with the rasp and its ready for slotting.
    All up, I can now Finish a nut from rough blank to polised beauty in about ten minutes...

    very impressive DB, I love it, now I understand the jig ! Will be watch this beast in action next visit
