The GuitarPlansCollection has a lot of useful templates, including a good selection of F-type headstock variants.

Make sure your printer is set to not 'scale image to fit' or manually set it to 100% scale, otherwise you'll have sizing issues. Usually there is a 1" guide on the templates you can measure to check the scale. You may actually have to tweak the scaling +/- a few percent to match your headstock's size and spacing.
