Definitely the best UJ guitar I've ever seen. Didn't realise you were doing the back as well and with that side trim - it's just outstanding.
Pete Townsend & Co would kill for this one . . .

Not usually a fan of painted Guitars but Man, you nailed this one!

There is always a workaround for glitches, mistakes and other Guitar building gremlins.....

thanks guys! Wokka: this was a piece-meal guitar I built from a buddies family guitar business (no longer in business)I'm going to do some bodies to sell on e-bay. I would buy a kit from Pitbull again (but need to make a bit of coin, first) That reminds Adam, Do you sell LP set necks? I only saw the bolt-on on the website.
MAX: HAHA. do you have their #?

wow Johnny I'm blown away that you have built this axe as well as an awesome finish.
There are 4 LP models with set neck FYI
    LP-1 flame maple cap
LP-1M - mahogany body with flame cap
LP-1SS - spalted maple cap with set neck
LPA-1 - ash body with ash veneer

surely one of these models will take your fancy !

Cheers Wokka but I have 4 LP style bodies already, 2 with double B/W binding that I might just keep for myself and I'll need necks.

And YES! They all suit my fancy. I'll have to sell some of these first.

I have to agree with everything said, Johhny. It's gorgeous. To me it looks like you've captured the reflection of a Union Jack in a pond where a stone has been dropped. It's almost like a ripple. Beautiful, man.
