    Hola!

    Hello:
Greetings from Galicia. I am very excited about my first assembly. For now, I am preparing the wood, sanding it to make it as smooth as possible.

Que tal! Bienvenido! Which kit did you get? Hope you will start a build diary. We like to follow builds, and it's helpful if you have any questions along the way.

Greetings from Galicia, and congratulations on your first assembly. That’s an exciting step. Taking the time to prep the wood properly makes a big difference, and careful sanding now will really pay off later. Sounds like you’re off to a great start. Focusing on sanding and getting the wood smooth is the right move, and it sets a solid foundation for everything that comes next.

I see! Thanks for starting the diary. Will be anxious to see how you like it... My first bass was a short-scale Epiphone Newport, which was configured similarly to yours--which I liked, but with a pickup I didn't like. Something similar with a p-bass pickup...is very tempting ;-)

Perfect, I'll do it that way
