Hi MoSch, I love the fact that you have started the build diary. Really love the "metal shrine" photo bombing some of the pictures - I am a huge fan of Dio, Iron Maiden and to a lesser extent Manowar.

I problem I do see is that in post #6 the two lower tuning pegs are in the wrong way! I'm sure they need to be fitted so that the string tension on the posts pull the post gears towards tuning peg gears (otherwise the gears may pull apart and slip).
    PitBull Builds: FVB-4, LP-1SS, FBM-1, AG-2, TB-4, SSCM-1, TLA-1,TL-1TB, STA-1HT, DSCM-1 Truckster, ST-1, STA-1, MBM-1, MBM custom, GHR-1 (Resonator), FH-5V (Acoustic), DMS-1 (Mustang).

Scratch Builds: Pine Explorer, Axe Bass, Mr Scary, Scratchy Tele's.

The little voices in my head keep telling me "build more guitars"

BTW Having an oddly shaped bass project in the cue... I am very curious what you have done with the case?

There's evidently a lot to like in the background. The Geezer Butler pickups caught my eye. I am using those in my current bass build. They are awesome!
