The little voices in my head keep telling me "build more guitars"
So got finished with the shaping of the neck and put some finish on.
Found a truss rod cover from when I bought the fretmarkers ages ago and though I’d add to give it that little bit extra as a detail with no function.
Been mucking around with the new logos that Sonic did for me and trying to work out how to do a badge / medal style attachable logo without having to spend a lot of money.
I’m going to call this one “Knot”. Not only because of the obvious inlay but because the truss rod is a little out during the routing and the truss wheel is “knot” in the centre of the bottom of the neck.

Or the logo alternate is to go back to something similar to this in maybe a silver or gold style logo

Tuners fitted and starting the process of fret levelling and dressing. Wiring done and neck bolted up. Still a bit disappointed with the truss rod alignment on the fretboard but you learn as you go. Now the joys of setting up the Floyd from scratch.

Wow! That wood really pops with the oil. I am so in awe of you guys who can build an amazing instrument out of chunks of wood. Really nice work!
