I did have a hiccups when i tried to contact Adam recently for a replacement body. But Adam replied to me and told me that it was because of easter. He did ship me a replacement body and neck. But people generally say they are very prompt in reply.

They pitbull shipment from China has landed into their warehouse and Adam had updated it yesterday. May be he is busy checking it or may have overlooked at your email.

Can you mail Adam at adamboyle@pitbullguitars.com?. You can also try private messaging him here at the pitbull forum. U can check for handle named Adam. U can also send them a message over fb messenger in pitbull guitar profile.

Hi Drashkum, I’ve tried all your suggested ways to communicate but had no reply in almost a month. The funny thing is I ordered the same guitar as you did. Adam sent me an email the next day to advise he only had stock with the Tune-O-Matic bridge. He sent me the same photos he sent you. I replied that I was Ok with that. Haven’t heard from him since. I would have been happy to come to some sort of arrangement but the lack of any response is not acceptable. This has turned into a waste of my time and money.

Oh that's bad. I have had issues even with my replacement FS-1 kit from them. Have mailed service@pitbull and Adam yesterday but have not got a reply.

You've PM'd Adam and Brandon? This just seems very odd. I'd try to exhaust all avenues before going the youtube route, although I do understand the temptation.
