i beleive this guitar hear uses a standard les paul back plate
I bought a semi hollow LP some years ago from DIY Guitars but I think they folded some time back. Trick with threading pots etc is to use tubing in three the pot holes and out thrust the f holes and the washer-on-a-string trick for the jack.
Should read 'through' not three and thrust; didn't like my 'thru'
Thanks for the clarification GreyFloyd. I thought "and out thrust the f holes" was pure magic.

The little voices in my head keep telling me "build more guitars"
Closest may be the Trini Lopez kit...ES-335-ish rather than LP, but similar idea...
There seem to be some places, including at least one in Australia, that sell LP kits.

I was thinking that it might be do-able to modify a hollow body LP to accept a fender style neck, and there is at least one PB neck that that is bolt on an F style neck with a Gibson scale... I did something similar with an ES body and a Fender J style neck. Lots of work, but do-able and worth it for me, anyway.
I also noticed that the GuitarKitWorld sells an "L2" kit that has a Semi Hollow LP body (f-holes are traditional not diamond) and an "X-style" kit (explorer) that has a very similar looking neck joint, with six in-line tuners. The ES-1TL (Trini) neck might also work for you if you can find a body. Adam is usually good about selling custom ordered necks although it can take a while.
You might need to do some carpentry to get the neck to work since they are often matched to the body...but this might be a way to do it if you are willing to do some tinkering.

Have used Guitarkitworld (ES335) and it is a great sounding kit but normal Gibson headstock.
