    Good point Simon, thank you for the suggestion.
    I didn't think of that; I've managed to fit it all in the cavity, wires and everything because I was so keen to test this upgrade; but for sure will do as you suggest, likely over the weekend.
    It was indeed a bit messy and annoying having to deal with all those wires when putting the pick guard back.
