Hi all,

Follow up question. We got it sanded, polished and we went ahead and glued on the neck today. As I expected it was really tight and we had to use the clamps to get the two pieces of wood down flat together.

I clamped in the center, and the glue had squeezed out inside the cavity, so I know that I am flush on the inside, but noticed that i have a pretty uniform gap between the neck and the body. Is this normal?

I assume it has to be, because if I clamed the neck down to fit flush where the neck and body come together, that means it would lift and not sit flush inside of the cavity.
